Fitness - Yoga, GolfBodyRX

Hello everyone - I'm looking to get back in shape after a shoulder surgery and a year of not taking care of myself. Specifically I'm looking into Yoga since I am very tight and have lost a lot of flexibility. Has anyone used a good Yoga for golfers program. I found something called GolfBodyRX which focuses on dynamic stretching. Any advice or feedback is welcome.

Good on you for getting back into shape. 

I'm personally not aware of any golf-specific yoga programs, to be honest - I do yoga/stretching/pilates daily for my back, and I usually either go with something from Beachbody on Demand or a free yoga workout on YouTube. I've found that the Yoga with Kassandra channel on YT has a lot of great videos organized into playlists that both me and my wife have found helpful. Look around and I'm sure you'll be able to find something that'll work for you and keep your interest.
