Run into a tour player not in a golf setting?

Ran into Mark O'Meara 7 or 8 years ago here in Utah. Went into Del Taco for lunch and there he was. At the time, don't know if current, he had a design firm up in a nearby golf community/course (Tuhaye?).

Paula Creamer came in behind me at a Planet Smoothie in Orlando about 12/13 years ago or so.  I said hi and left it at that...  didn't want to creep her out.

My wife and I had dinner with Rory Sabbatini and his wife at a steakhouse in La Quinta.  Well, they were at the adjacent table... does that count?

My wife's aunt has lived in Augusta since the late 1960's.  For a period of time, it seemed as if we would have dinner at her favorite restaurant in Augusta during Masters week with several past champions.  We had dinner with Fuzzy Zoeller and a very large contingent of his family and friends in 2006.  In 2009, it was Fred Couples, Jim Nantz and Verne Lundquist.  In 2011, it was Tom Watson, Matt Kuchar and Gary Woodland.

Of course, when I say "had dinner with,"  I mean in the same restaurant seated separately.  That place no longer exists.  Victim of the Augusta National Land Grab.

A little over a year ago, I was behind Rory McIlroy and his wife in the security line at the Orlando airport.  Shook his hand and said hi, but didn’t want to bother him too much.
