That was excellent. I knew that it was "less" spin, but to see the data was impressive. Slow motions shots were amazing to watch.

Even if you are familiar with the rule change the is worth watching.

Thanks

cool... I was just listening to a podcast about the changes today, but actually seeing it is pretty cool... Up until now, I had no idea what was actually going on, just that there were changes...

Thanks - the best video I've seen on the subject. That announcer is pretty annoying though. Its good this is on YouTube in a bite size chunk. I couldn't sit through an entire show listening to him.

BTW, with my swing speed, the ball probably stays on the face more like a full millisecond...

We also have a video explaining the rules changes.

CGTV - USGA Groove Rule Summary

Thanks for the link, but also for the link to the whole video section of the Cleveland site.

So if I just hit fairways, then the groove rule is no big deal. ;)

Very interesting section about groove shape.

When I click that link it takes me directly to the USGA Grooves Rule summary video on CGTV. Anyone else have issues?

The link worked perfectly, I was commenting on the other videos available to the right of the groove video.

Sorry if my post suggested that the link went somewhere else.

I think I just threw up my lunch. A little softer metaphor next time would be appreciated.
