Question for ARRCOS Link users

My wife has been having problems with GPS acquisition using Link. The app shows 2 and sometimes 3 satellite bars. She's followed instructions to make sure there is a clear sky view and as recommended for 5 minutes or more. She didn't have a problem using the ARRCOS app before Link and also uses Voice Caddie without a problem. I have gone through their trouble shooting  site. Thought someone here might have a solution. 

Any thoughts?
