does anyone have experience with Birchwood? my MIL just bought a house in Westport and is considering joining 

she doesn’t golf, and would likely just be a house member to get pool and dining room access. 

i’m wondering how likely they are to drop the initiation fee, or any other things i can tell her to look out for.
