Graphite shafts

I'm thinking of changing shafts in some old fairway woods. I found some nice shafts, but wonder what is the difference between filament wound and table rolled. Which is best, or are they the same.

Here is a video that explains the difference but I don't know how accurate the information is.  I personally don't care about how a shaft is manufactured I want to know how it performs for me.

There’s not too many companies that use filament rolled shafts. The only one I can think of is paderson. I don’t recall if LA golf shafts is as well.

The popular shafts on tour are table rolled.

As for the comment in the video about using a barrel I did not see then during my visits to PX and UST. They were hung on a cart individually before the they were moved to the oven.
