I haven't found a ball that performs better for me than the MTB-X, and I like the Optic Yellow color as it's easier for me to see in low-light situations. The Srixon Z-Star XV is close, and I still have a sleeve of those left that will be donated to the woods soon, I'm sure.

I lucked out initially and snagged four dozen in 2019 on B/S/T here for a discount, but ordered my five dozen on Black Friday and hopefully should be set for this season.

I'm thinking between a few balls this year.  I might stick with the Bridgestone BRX again this year.  I also tried the Vice Tour last year and found it quite decent for the price.  I think I will also give the e12 contact a try this year.

I sent my buddy (who's an accountant and does our taxes for free) a dozen GET SUM balls. I added a funny saying on the ball but as a higher handicap I think he'll really like it.

He's a member at a fancy shmancy club but isn't a very good golfer (shoots in 100s and gets excited to break 90) and he's a regular at the bar.

My ball has been the Bridgestone Tour B X, but they stopped making it in yellow, which I strongly prefer, and I've finally run out of my yellow stock. I tried the MTB-X, but after 2 rounds I think it's the worst wind ball I've ever played. Since that's supposed to be the area of greatest improvement from the older version, I shudder to think how bad it used to be. For reasons unrelated to golf, I have a strong loyalty to Bridgestone, so I'm probably going to go with the Tour BRX.
