 Testers Wanted (4)

When the pandemic hit last year, lots of things changed in golf. Courses were closed for a while, then they reopened with restrictions. One of those restrictions involved cart use. Either courses prohibited two people--not from the same household--from sharing a golf cart, or people just felt more comfortable not sitting a foot from a total stranger for the better part of four to five hours. So many golfers took to foot, as in walking for their rounds.

The result created a demand like never seen before in push carts, with many companies selling out of them by May. Another area that had huge success was the electric push carts segment.  After all, given the choice would you rather:

A: Carry a 25-pound bag for all five miles
B: Push that 25-pound bag for all five miles
C: Just, you know, walk for all five miles

Ask about anyone, and  nearly all reasonably non-maniacal types would pick C.

That's where MOTOCADDY and it's M5 & M7 series comes in.

According to staff writer, John Barba, "using the remote-control Motocaddy M7 is like having R2D2 as your caddie."

But we want to know what our readers think. We are looking for current walkers/push cart users, who are open to trying an electric push cart. We are looking for both men and women testers, that reside in the US.

We want you to test/review and keep the MOTOCADDY and let our membership know what you think.

I typically don't walk given that my current cart is quite old and doesn't hold my larger golf bag with any measure of stability.  Would prefer to walk, and strongly believe that a motorized cart such as this one would go along way to allowing me to get back to walking.

I use an old Bag Boy push cart.

How to Apply

In A Post Below List the following Information

First name

City & State

Do you currently walk the majority of your rounds

Do you use a push cart now, if yes which one

That's it. We'll be selecting the testers in the next 7 to 10 days.  So check back here to see if you have been chosen.

Carry 75% of the time. My course is quite hilly so would love to see how this performs. We’ve got Powakaddy’s this year so would be a good chance to compare.

Would love to test this - currently walk the majority of my rounds and use a ClicGear 3.5 and have been considering getting a motorized push cart. Last year I played around 80 rounds of golf.

I only walk because I'm to cheap to pay the $15 for cart thats my Pot Game Money. 🙂I have played over 200 rounds since last March and all ready 50 rounds this year clocked n I play 3-5 times a week. I live n the suburbs of Los Angeles and only play very hilly courses which are Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills and Los Verdes Country Clubs. I use a crappy push cart loaded with at least a 12 pack of drinks and all ways have way more clubs then allowed lol. I usually change my staff bags depending on time of year because I have around 10.. I have pics but can't figure out how to post them..

I walked approximately 60 out of 65 rounds last year using a 4 wheel tour trek that keeps having clasps break. Strapping clubs on now takes a procedure I never thought needed!

I always walk, and currently use a Sun Mountain 4-wheel push cart.  There are plenty of hilly courses that I play around here.  I have several types of bags (staff, cart, and different carry bags) that I could use during testing.

I am very interested in becoming a tester for your cart!!
