i used to walk regularly until I injured my back. Tried a Sun Mountain push cart but it still aggravated my back when pushing it uphills. This seems like a great opportunity to allow me to walk again!

I walk about 30% of my rounds and typically carry my bag. Have wanted to walk more and been looking at push carts. More than happy to be a tester and walk more.

I have been pushing my Click Gear for about ten years.  Now that I am retired pushing is becoming a difficult process.  I enjoy walking for the exercise and enjoyment and really would like to continue this style of play.  My clubhouse offers three courses, one flat that runs along the river, one that uses the local hills and a par three course with raised greens.  I would be very curious how a motorized cart handles these different layouts.  I play in a senior league weekly and enjoy playing with my buddies two or three times a week outside the league.

I've always walked as much as possible but around here carts can be tough if they’re push. So many hills. It would be a great place to rest out a motorized one with the steep terrain and constant rain here. I typically place twice a week.

Looks great,

Season is just kicking off up here in Canada.  Currently using an electronic Kaddy but looking for an upgrade. Walk 90% of rounds. Our course built 6 new holes and the terrain is much more sloped and challenging, would love to have the opportunity to test the motocaddy.

Thanks,

Do you currently walk the majority of your rounds yes, always walk but at 75 it’s tougher.

Do you use a push cart now, if yes which one Sun Mountain and the tires seem to always go flat

That's it. We'll be selecting the testers in the next 7 to 10 days.  So check back here to see if you have been chosen.

I walk 75% of the time.

I WAS using a BagBoy Quad Navigator electric cart, which just died on me, so I'd like to try this one.  I'll be able to compare the two for the forum.

I walk approximately 75% of my rounds. I currently use a clicgear 3.5. It’s a great cart and would love to test this one and compare the differences.

I was was a walker my whole golfing life. My current golf course in not conducive to carrying/pushing. A MotoCaddy would make it great to walk again and put some new fun back in my daily golf outings! Thanks for the chance.........dc

Have always walked since starting playing golf in the early 80's.

Yes, I have a Caddytrek and an Alphard on a Rovic S1. I have used electric trolleys for over 15 years. My first electric cart was the Sun Mountain electric cart with the motor in the front wheel. I can provide a wealth of experience for this test.

 Testers Wanted (4)

When the pandemic hit last year, lots of things changed in golf. Courses were closed for a while, then they reopened with restrictions. One of those restrictions involved cart use. Either courses prohibited two people--not from the same household--from sharing a golf cart, or people just felt more comfortable not sitting a foot from a total stranger for the better part of four to five hours. So many golfers took to foot, as in walking for their rounds.

The result created a demand like never seen before in push carts, with many companies selling out of them by May. Another area that had huge success was the electric push carts segment.  After all, given the choice would you rather:

A: Carry a 25-pound bag for all five miles
B: Push that 25-pound bag for all five miles
C: Just, you know, walk for all five miles

Ask about anyone, and  nearly all reasonably non-maniacal types would pick C.

That's where MOTOCADDY and it's M5 & M7 series comes in.

According to staff writer, John Barba, "using the remote-control Motocaddy M7 is like having R2D2 as your caddie."

But we want to know what our readers think. We are looking for current walkers/push cart users, who are open to trying an electric push cart. We are looking for both men and women testers, that reside in the US.

We want you to test/review and keep the MOTOCADDY and let our membership know what you think.
