Testers Announced (4) MOTOCADDY Electric Cart

Recommended Posts

I walk most of my rounds because I get in a better rhythm when I play and it is my main source of exercise.  Try to play 3 times a week.

I use a clic gear now.  I really like it however it can get tiring pushing so I have been carrying my bag a lot more lately to not hassle with the cart.  I have been wanting to look at the electric carts for a later time down the road

 Testers Wanted (4)

When the pandemic hit last year, lots of things changed in golf. Courses were closed for a while, then they reopened with restrictions. One of those restrictions involved cart use. Either courses prohibited two people--not from the same household--from sharing a golf cart, or people just felt more comfortable not sitting a foot from a total stranger for the better part of four to five hours. So many golfers took to foot, as in walking for their rounds.

The result created a demand like never seen before in push carts, with many companies selling out of them by May. Another area that had huge success was the electric push carts segment.  After all, given the choice would you rather:

A: Carry a 25-pound bag for all five miles
B: Push that 25-pound bag for all five miles
C: Just, you know, walk for all five miles

Ask about anyone, and  nearly all reasonably non-maniacal types would pick C.

That's where MOTOCADDY and it's M5 & M7 series comes in.

According to staff writer, John Barba, "using the remote-control Motocaddy M7 is like having R2D2 as your caddie."

But we want to know what our readers think. We are looking for current walkers/push cart users, who are open to trying an electric push cart. We are looking for both men and women testers, that reside in the US.

We want you to test/review and keep the MOTOCADDY and let our membership know what you think.

I walk every round I can when course allows it. I work at a golf course at play 4-5 times a week! So it’ll get plenty of use!

I currently push using an old bag boy express 120. Could use an upgrade! 😉

Walk the majority of the time, yes. About 75%+

Yes cart now, Clicgear 4.0

Looking forward to buying and testing something like this. With the hilly courses in Wisconsin, would love to see how this stacks up and in the early morning with Dew and cold, etc.

Thanks for the opportunity!

I use to walk most of my rounds but been taking carts as they are usually included in the green fee.

I currently have a clunky Bag Boy that only breaks down into 2 pieces. Would really enjoy walking again with something like this.

I play 2-3 times per month.

I currently walk every single round I play. And play 4-5 times a week. I find the walk refreshing.

right now I use a sun mountain 4 wheel push cart.  It’s pretty good, except the strap broke so I’m about to get a new cart

I currently use a push cart for my clubs. It’s a 3 wheel set up. My bag is easily 25 pounds and is tough to push around on some of the hilly courses. I walk most of my rounds because I can only play in the afternoons and most courses stop using carts by then. I play about once a week.
