To be fair a lot of us have not discounted DJ for the Masters, we are just dreaming of other names being atop of the leaderboard. Rory, JT, Koepka, Rahm and Bryson are names we all want to see wearing that green jacket. And Spieth finally got it done last week, so that would be an awesome come back story. At the end of the day DJ is going in as #1, but have had a quiet few weeks, since his Saudi International win back in February. Regardless of the winner, we missed the masters in April and should all be very excited to watch it. fixyurdivot and Golfspy_CG2 2 Quote My Reviews: 2023 Official review - Rapsodo MLM2Pro! 2022 Official Review - Edel SMS Wedges 2021 Official Review - Tommy Armour Impact 3 Putter 2020 Official Member Review - BagBoy Chiller Cart Bag Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme - Unofficial Review by xOldBenKenobiX Honma TR21 4 Wood - Unofficial Review by xOldBenKenobiX Driver - Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme 10.5, UST helium 5 Wood - . juspoole
I'm excited this year - I now have a projector and screen that I'll be able to watch this on to really get into the action! Would love to see Jordan in the mix. Not a huge Rory or Rahm fan, but do not dislike them either. Rahm especially has played here well the past couple years. Not a Bryson fan, but he is fun to watch I must admit. Being a Lefty, I've always loved Phil so pull for him, but do not see him in contention, but just hope he makes the cut. Too many places around here do 8 minutes and send off both nines SMH Take Dead Aim it has really made a difference in pace of play. I put together a local group last summer, we had 24 players teeing off between 9:00 and like 10:15, it was a bit wet so it was cart path only. Every group finished in less than 4 hours. At a few points on our course you can get a panoramic view of 4 or 5 holes. On the green of hole 5, I looked around and every hole had a group on the green and one on the tee, nobody in the fairway, just perfectly spaced. That was unheard of for a summer Saturday AM. I hope we maintain these intervals, we raised our prices slightly, from $69 to $72 on a weekday am, which is below most of the courses in this area for weekend AM, many comparable courses are near or over $80 for weekend mornings. Is driving to fast for "the conditions" even a relative discussion in CA? I always dreaded my trips to the LA area when I was working. Great food, usually great weather, but traffic and driving etiquette... ummm, not so much. We know he was running late for another engagement and was, undoubtedly, trying to get there on time. I'm hoping he makes a surprise appearance. tony@CIC 1 Quote G410 Plus, 9 Degree Driver G400 SFT, 16 Degree 3w G400 SFT, 19 Degree 5w ZX5 Irons 4-AW Glide 2.0 56 Degree SW (removed from double secret probation ) ER5v Putter (Evnroll ER5v Official Review) AI-One Milled Seven T CH (Currently Under Product Test)
