Cobra MIM or Snakebite wedges?

I have a MIM 52* classic grind. It's well built with a good feel, just as soft feeling as any other wedge I have tried save for maybe Bridgestone's Tour B Forged that I tested for MGS a couple of years back. Lots of shaft options if you order on their website, and 3 grind options at the 56/60* range I think. Only thing to keep in mind from my perspective is that the soles on these seem a bit narrower than offerings from the other big OEMs (though maybe not on their widelow grind which I haven't seen in person). In Southern California we have pretty firm conditions and I'm not a huge digger so this isn't an issue for me but I could see it being an issue for some swings and/or in softer conditions.

We got to review the MIM and MIM Black wedges last year as a part of #CobraConnect Challenge 4. You can find our thoughts in these posts:

I won't rehash my entire review here, but I really like the MIM Black wedges. The finish has held up well. I have the versatile grind in both the 54 and 58, and there's not a shot I can't hit with that grind. @hartrick11 is right about the sole being pretty thin, and if I get too steep they do dig.

I reshafted them with MMT Wedge shafts to match my irons and had them bent two degrees upright (now one flat from stock), but they are still in the bag. Can't say that about other stuff from #CC4. They were by far the most surprisingly piece of equipment from the challenge and I've contemplated purchasing two more just to have on hand for when these wear out.

I also believe the new Snakebite wedges are cast while the MIMs are metal-injected molded (as the name implies).

Thanks @edingc for linking all our reviews.

I got 52, 56, and 60 in the MIM black and would add a 48 if I could in the classic grind.  I did get all 3 grinds as well and feel they each perform well.  My favorite is the 52* classic grind... it's awesome for me around the green.  The finish is holding up very well after I was initially concerned with it.

I continue to be impressed by them and think they compare very well to the Vokey SM7's I was using prior.  I'm not sure I can say anything more positive about them than that.  Add in the no charge custom shaft options Cobra has and you'd be silly to not at least try them out.

I haven't hit the snakebite wedges, or even seen them in person, but I'm less fond of the full face look on the higher lofted ones.

Overall, I think they deserve to be in the conversation with the best wedges, and because of the custom options they represent a great value too.

I'm looking to get new 56° and 60° wedges, specifically Cobras. Does anyone have any experience with the MIM wedges or the new Snakebites? Any advice which I should lean towards?

You should have bought my mim’s second hand!

I agree with this 100%. The ability to buy the MIM 52C with a $taper to match my irons at no upcharge was a big factor in my purchase since it was an experiment to move to the 3 wedge setup. Vokey has more grinds that will fit more golfers, but if your swing/tastes align with what Cobra has to offer they can absolutely compete, and you can customize for less $ (for the most part).

I have both and they seem exactly the same other then the print on the back of them. The full face grind seems nice, but I can’t imagine hitting that far on the toe with a wedge shot. I sometimes hit my wedge upright and almost with a putting stroke, kind of bump and run. Guess the full face (sb) helps there.
