Scott33
When I first started playing golf I would throw balls in a box that I hadn’t seen before or had cool/different logos. I just went through some of that box and found this Ping ball. I didn’t know they made balls before, anyone know about this or have any? M. fixyurdivot
I can't say for sure but suspect PING quickly recognized the ball market was not likely going to be profitable. Theirs Titleist and then the rest get to fight over what's left of the pie. I think they're smart to spend that energy on what they do really well - a leader in golf club innovation and quality. M. Keeper905
Oh man. I remember these. Forgot all about it until I saw this ball. I found a bunch of them on the course when I was younger and I always remember thinking they were the balls for the rich, elite golfers! revkev 1 Quote Chiller Cart Bag Stealth Plus 9° - HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX 70 X-Stiff Sim Max Rocket 3wd 14° - HZRDUS Smoke Black 70 X-Stiff Sim2 Max Rescue 4H 22° - Ventus Blue 7S King Forged Tec 2020 - 5 thru PW - Dynamic Gold S400 CBX 2 54° Wedge Smart Sole 3 Sand Wedge 58° Bat Attack Battle Ready Putter 34" Tracking

HDTVMAN
I have a yellow/white Ping ball with a Kissimmee Country Club logo where I played 30 years ago! I saw a Ping ad which showed these balls and asked if they were making them again, and was told no, it was just for the ad. Srixon is making them but their not the same as PING! cnosil 1 Quote Certified Club Fitter. Shawn M
I found a few of those in high school and played them when Dad and I had our early morning rounds in the mid 70s. golfstick
I still have a Ping 2 colored ball, Ping found out early they didn't belong in the ball market, smart move! I've been in the business for over 30 years, I ran a Golf Day store in East Syracuse in the late 90's. Titleist was number one then,as they are now and will never be dethroned, unless something crazy happens to the company!
