DIY Putting Training aid

Recommended Posts

I found some DIY putting training aids online and decided to make my own.  Total cost ~ $15, but could be less if you go with 1/2" PVC instead of 1".

Materials:

1 x 10ft PVC Pipe

2 x 90* elbow side outlet fitting

2 x elbow fitting

4 x end cap fittings

Directions:

Cut one 36" length of pipe

Cut six 8" lengths of pipe

Put it all together as shown in the video.

End caps

It is easy to disassemble and put back together.  If you put it in a bag you could take it to the course with you.  Very portable.

It literally takes just a few minutes.  I didn’t glue it together in case I wanted to take it somewhere else or needed to break it down for storage.  Once you make your cuts, it’s literally popping the pieces in.
