Hello all,

Just a general question.

I recently purchased said driver. It has a Aldila Rogue MSI130 60X shaft.

I'm assuming that means it's an X-stiff shaft. I've heard it's on the softer side. 

Anyone had any experience with this combination? I couldn't pass up the deal I got on it brand new.

I personally don't find the Rogue to be much softer compared to other shafts, maybe a little bit, but I would say true to flex.  The other stock option for the Mavrik - Project X Evenflow is much softer.  Project X Hazardous shafts I think are usually stiffer than flex from my experience and are used as stock options for a lot of drivers these days.

I bought that exact combo off Callaway Pre-Owned this winter. I wouldn't call the Rogue White soft to flex, but rather slightly more active in comparison to something like the Rogue Silver. 

Have since switched to the AutoFlex in the driver but the Rogue White was a very nice feeling shaft.

Yes it’s an x flex. It’s their latest shaft in the rogue line. Some may say it’s soft to flex because it’s a counterbalanced shaft but I would say that the rogue line plays true to perception of the stated flex.

a 3.5 torque is a little on the higher side for x flex shafts which could also lead some to feel it’s softer to flex
