KC Golf 290
I keep hearing nightmares about Titleist delivery times. I am thinking about ordering a new TSI3 and a set of T100 irons, but I hear the best case is 4-5 weeks for delivery. However, I am hearing actual delivery times are more like 7-8 weeks now. This does not take into account grips. I am thinking of just ordering stock or no grips to speed delivery. I hear that TM is having a real delay with non standard stock grips. At the 2 month point, I may just wait until next year for the new T100 replacements to come out. Please let me know if you have good or bad recent experiences ordering from Titleist. Thanks in advance. I second this, @KC Golf.... I’d wait. You’ll kick yourself once you get your sticks and the new ones release a month later. M. Parsons 1,287
It’s not just Titleist, it’s pretty much anything that’s taking longer than normal to be delivered. I’m still waiting for some of my Srixon iron order that was placed on 3/20/21. I heard someone else mention that they ordered a dinning room table, and they were told 12 weeks…that was 18 weeks ago. 1 Quote In my BR-D4 6-way King F9 set to 9*, Tour length Hzrdus Smoke Black 6.0 S-flex, with GolfPride MCC +4 mid-size 3W - 13*, UST Mamiya 65 Gold S-flex, with GolfPride Tour Wrap 2G SIM UDI 2-iron - 18*, Mitsubishi Diamana Thump 100 X-flex, with GolfPride MCC Align ZX5 4-5 & ZX7 6-PW, Modus3 120 Tour S-flex, +1/2", with GolfPride Tour Wrap 2G - SM8 Tour Chrome, 50.08F - 54.10S - 58.12D, DG Wedge Flex, with GolfPride Tour Wrap 2G Custom Fit 35" ER6 Red at 68 degree lie angle and 4 degrees of loft MTB-X NX7 Pro Slope Tracked by #WPS
GolfSpy_APH 7,873
Sadly it isn't just Titleist or golf equipment for that matter. There is a another lengthy thread on this exact topic just for Ping not Titleist. For best timing I would suggest calling or going direct to get a rough date. However like several others have posted it seems as though their new lineup is on the horizon... 1 Quote as of April 15, 2022 SuperSpeed 2020 from 100-112 and climbing! Curtis Atkinson 345
Yeah I feel like I got really lucky in that I shot the gap with avoiding delays. I got fit on New Years Eve for the T300's and was told that everything was moving slow but getting better and to expect 8-12 weeks. I got them in less than 4 (which still felt like an eternity). Then about a month later my buddy went to the same spot, got fitted for the same clubs, was told 4-5 weeks because things had been speeding up and just got them a couple weeks ago. Feels like things are crawling right now. Kanoito 3,084
We are still in a global pandemic. Supply chains are all affected. From electronics chips, DRAM, flash, eFuse all the way to packaging material. That's right!!! Our company has been waiting for 2 months to have a few containers of packaging material delivered. Some of the plastic we need for housing has a lead time of 9 months!!! My neighbor is building a wooden carport, sorry, no wood available or you are paying 300% the original price. Container shipping costs have gone up 600%, etc. So I'm guessing all industries are affected, some more than others. Now, back to your clubs: if it takes 2 months to get them, I would wait, cause then I would only have 2 months of play time before winter comes again 2 Quote SpeedZone 9* w/ Aldila Rogue Silver 60 S X2 Hot 3 Deep 14.5* w/ Aldila Tour Green 75 S JetSpeed 5W 19* w/ Matrix Velox T 69 S OR Super LS 3H 19* w/ Kuro Kage Black 80 S JPX919 Forged 4-PW w/ Modus3 105 S Vokey SM7 50/08F, 54/14F & 58/08M w/ Modus3 115 Wedge ER1 34" w/ SuperStroke Fatso 2.0 Pro / H2NO Lite Cart Bag / 3.0 / NX7 Pro LRF My reviews: MLA Putter // Titleist SM7 // PING i500 // PuttOUT
revkev 25,369
Yep to all of the above - this is where it pays to be 5’9” 170 with an average SS. I got fit for driver last week at a Taylor Madd fitting day and the gutter said the great thing for you is your best shaft option is a stock one - you could walk into any Dicks, pick it up, turn it open one click and you’re good to go. In your shoes, I’d wait. KC Golf 290
Thanks everyone for the great feedback! I really appreciate the candid feedback I guess the Titleist irons are now 2022 item. Now, I will have to think about ordering a TSI3 driver or wait another year. Has anyone had any luck ordering drivers from Titleist recently? Rannalph 5
You guys are fortunate...I'm into week 14 waiting for 2 fairway woods from Ping w/ stock shafts ordered by Club Champion in mid February. I'm about to make my 4th call to get an update. The anticipated delivery date has slid three times already. And since I live in SE GA, I've already missed 5 significant tournaments I could have used them. Now, I'm not sure who to blame.

Rannalph 5
I can only speculate that it could be the Alta Distanza 40 Gram Shafts. They've been listed as an option, off and on, Ping's website but at this point, it's anybody's guess. If I'd known the problem ahead of time, I've ordered the two clubs from TGW with SR shafts and be done with it. I could always go to a 3rd party for the 40 Gram shaft later. This is ridiculous! resq2143 2
Was fitted for the TSI3 at Club Champion in late April. Was told 4-5 weeks, issues with the manufacturers of both the club and shafts. Just got notified that delivery will be 6/9/21. Have had many friends fitted for full sets and the wait is at least that long. Supply chains are a mess as is the manufacturing process.
