I will say I probably rated it a bit harsh compared to all putters. But when weighted for value/price, this putter would jump to a solid B around 85/100 It is definitely a solid putter for the price point, we all want to have the LAB or Scotty Cameron on our bags, but for someone on a budget, that is a very decent putter. As I mentioned on my review, maybe the option to customize it, as long as the prices still under 200 bucks, I think would do wonders, now that the official testing is complete, I am going to get the lie adjusted a little bit on mine, if I can get a fitter that can adjust it, and see how that affects the playability. sirchunksalot, ole gray, Vegan_Golfer_PNW and 1 other 4 Quote My Reviews: 2023 Official review - Rapsodo MLM2Pro! 2022 Official Review - Edel SMS Wedges 2021 Official Review - Tommy Armour Impact 3 Putter 2020 Official Member Review - BagBoy Chiller Cart Bag Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme - Unofficial Review by xOldBenKenobiX Honma TR21 4 Wood - Unofficial Review by xOldBenKenobiX Driver - Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme 10.5, UST helium 5 Wood - . knightsofnii
Glad I decided to "play it." Putter was key in keeping my 9 holes decent today. 4 pars in a row may be a PR for me, not sure. 3 doubles sucks, but even then I had good lag putts or a nice 18-20 footer to keep away a triple. No 3 putts. From here on out, if I don't 3 putt, I'm considering it a "bogey free round" xOldBenKenobiX, Vegan_Golfer_PNW and sirchunksalot 3 Quote RADspeed 10.5, Evenflow Riptide CB 6.0s Bio Cell 3/4w, PXV 6.0s; AMP 3h 19deg Aldila RIP R. golfingbrock
I played Saturday and shot a solid 74 with a penalty and 2 bad 3 putts and bogey on the last 3 holes. My speed control was okay but hit a few really bad short putts. I played 9 with my dad Sunday and tried cross-hand grip, and putted better than the day before. But the as my family sat behind the 18th green waiting for the fireworks I went out with my TA and a couple of balls and tried a pencil grip. All of a sudden this putter felt great! So I went out and played this morning, committed to the new grip. The front 9 I didn't hit the ball well but my putting was decent(1 three putt from long range on a bumpy green). On the back 9, I decided to switch to a new ball, and for the most part hit the ball much better. But most importantly, the putter caught fire and I made 5 birdies! Also had a couple really good lag putts to limit the damage elsewhere. This will for sure be going in the bag next week in the Fort Worth Mid am. PeterHenric
As a follow up from my review and my play lately, I had realized with the TA3 and also my PXG Blackjack that where I thought I was lined up was not where I was actually aiming. That is not the case (at least not as much) with my KS1. I found myself having to consciously aim farther left than where I thought I needed to actually aim to get the ball in the right direction, even on short 3-5’ putts. Because of this, I retired both the mallet style putters and put the KS1 back in the bag. This is not a shortcoming of the putter, but more that the style of putter doesn’t work with my swing. knightsofnii and sirchunksalot 2 Quote Driver: Callaway Paradym @ 10.5º (Fujikura Ventus Red Velocore TR Stiff) 4 Wood: Titleist TSr 2 @ 14.5º Driving Iron: Ping iCrossover 17º (Project X HZRDUS Smoke Red RDX 80 Stiff) Irons: Taylormade Stealth 4-P (Fujikura Ventus Blue Graphite 7 Stiff) Wedges: Cleveland RTX 6 Zipcore 48º, 52º, 56º (TT Dynamic Gold Tour Issue) Putter: Odyssey AI One Jailbird Mini Ball: Titleist ProV1X, MaxFli Tour X 2023, MaxFli Tour 2023, Titleist AVX Tested: Tommy Armour Impact No. 3 (LINK) Tested: Titleist Prototype Balls (LINK) Tested: Stitch Golf SL2 Golf Bag (LINK) Unofficially Tested: Odyssey One Black (LINK) Shot Tracking App: Golf Pad GPS

knightsofnii
It happened again. Long putt fell far short of the mark, my fault. Missed the 2nd putt for par for a 38 first 3 putt in over 20 something holes I think. My SG (compared to last summer's 14hcp) is still +. This time I had help with irons, wedges, driver, and course management. I took my lumps when necessary and punched out instead of doing the hero shot, which I only did when I knew that mishitting would still advance the ball. In these circumstances I was still able to save par 2 or 3 times. And 6 pars I believe is a new PR also My overall SG over last 10 rounds has improved as well. I definitely still need work on my approach and short game and driving, and putting, but I'm definitely on a hot streak, and the putter has heated up for sure My handicap is pointing down once again. It crept back up for a while. Youll notice the slope and rating are pretty low. I play the whote tees which are played mainly by seniors, good women, and high handicaps. The blue tees are rough, also the back 9 is rated higher. But I believe Mendham is underrated. The greens are really fast and hard to hold. There is a lot of elevation change and obstacles to navigate. golfingbrock
As of my last update, I tried a new grip and was putting great! I played the City Championship a couple weeks ago, and really didn't make anything for 2 days, but my speed control was good and I didn't have any 3 putts. I ended up T15 after back to back rounds of 76 The next weekend I played, hoping that the decent putting would continue, but putted absolutely horribly both in line and speed, including several 3-putts and 38 putts total. So this week I am putting TA in timeout in the Trunk and putting my old Scotty back in the bag to see if that will work. Long term I'm probably better off sticking to a putter and working through the issues to develop a consistent feel, but at this time I feel that my overreaction is justified. xOldBenKenobiX
I played Sunday after a few weeks absent from golf. The putter still feels great and saved me a couple of strokes. The highlight of my game has being the putting game. Most of the 3 Putts are related to me using my putter off the green, from both the fringe and light rough. It would probably have gave an accurate count of the 0 to 10 feet putts if I had remembered to hit the arccos Link and marked the hole. Overall I am still very happy with the putter. Got some miles on this thing and its excellent Vegan_Golfer_PNW and xOldBenKenobiX 1 1 Quote RADspeed 10.5, Evenflow Riptide CB 6.0s Bio Cell 3/4w, PXV 6.0s; AMP 3h 19deg Aldila RIP R. Vegan_Golfer_PNW
Only have a couple nine hole rounds since September but still liking this. So much so I’m trying to sell my mallet and make this a primary. Still may test a LAB at some point but otherwise for the money, this putter is money. Been doing lots of carpet rolling at home and 8 ft in I’m doing well. Some right pushes from time to time but that’s on me, not the putter. Seriously, my puttout pressure trainer is wearing out. knightsofnii, sirchunksalot and xOldBenKenobiX 3 Quote Follow my journey to enjoying golf and going low Driver: Epic Max LS Ventus Black 6x 44.5" 3wHL: Rogue ST LS 75x Tensei AV Blue w/ xlink 7w: Apex UW 21* MMT 80S DI: Caley 01X 18* with KBS PGH Stiff plus 95g 4-AW: 0211 with KBS Tour Stiff 2.5* up 3/4" long, Soft stepped, MOI matched Wedges Zipcore Putter: L.A.B. Same here, I have not been able to play as much as I wanted, but the two rounds I played since September have been good putting ones, in the previous one the putting was great, this last one on Sunday when we played a two man scramble, we also were playing on aerated greens and for the first few holes I was having a hard time leaving it short, mostly because of drag from the sand, but after 4 holes and my feel for speeds had been adjusted I rolled the ball well. I am still playing with it, until the putts stop falling. This were my putts from last solo round I had, the 152 and 102 first putts were from me choosing to putt from the collar across the green rather than try and chip it. With the putter on the bag for the past few rounds Last year that 3 putt percentage was above 30% and the 1 putts were below 5%. sirchunksalot and Vegan_Golfer_PNW 2 Quote My Reviews: 2023 Official review - Rapsodo MLM2Pro! 2022 Official Review - Edel SMS Wedges 2021 Official Review - Tommy Armour Impact 3 Putter 2020 Official Member Review - BagBoy Chiller Cart Bag Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme - Unofficial Review by xOldBenKenobiX Honma TR21 4 Wood - Unofficial Review by xOldBenKenobiX Driver - Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme 10.5, UST helium 5 Wood - .
