Urethane golf ball for 74 mph swing speed

Recommended Posts

Hey I was fitted for some Cleveland Launcher UHX irons A flex and had my driver looked dialed in. I currently play the Srixon Q star tour I really like it. I just tried the Titleist Pro V1x I was impressed. I was curious if anyone has some suggestions of other urethane golf balls for my swing speed. I want to get a little more spin on my wedges into the green along with my mid irons thanks for the help

My SS is slightly higher than yours and my fitter recommended Pro V1x's . However, I've switched to Snell MTB-X

Either of the balls you mentioned are good balls.  You might want to take a look at Bridgestone RX or RXS balls, as an option.

Was gonna suggest you bridgestone Rx, could give you similar result, didn't try yet the XS version so can't tell you about it yet. Next time I hit the store I will get RXS XS and X version to try them out. But most consensus is that the XS version don't spin much more than the X version to a point it would change something drastically. Well not for me anyway.

I completely agree with kazooblue65 concerning golf ball testing with swing speeds under 75 mph, this is a large portion of the  golf ball purchasing market.I live in Florida, and this area of swing speed may be the largest segment of the golf ball purchasing market here. Also this could apply to shaft testing as well.

love playing golf ,live in The villages area,Fl.
