To further what @jlukessaid, my understanding is that states on the west coast may be more likely to get balls from Ball Plant 4 due to shipping timeframes. Hence my question above about what state the OP is located in.

Great response. Hopefully they have identical QMS systems to help drive Quality form BP4.

I "try" to buy everything I can (within reason) that is made in the USA. And that includes my golf balls.... Last year when getting back into the game I needed some balls and grabbed a box of ProV's quickly at the course before a round. When I got home I saw the box said Thailand. I was a bit upset. I have went back to Bridgestone TourB's as they are all made in USA and I like them.
