Epic Flash Woods

I just bought an Epic Flash 3 Wood Japanese Version, from Callaway Pre-Owned. I really like the way I've hit it so far, but the feel is totally different than my old Taylor Made V-Steel. I recently also purchased an Epic Flash Driver and it's similar. There doesn't seem to be the feel-response from the strikes on both. The results have been great, but it's totally different. Is it just me, or have others experienced a similar reaction? My old driver was a TM RBZ Stage-2.

I had the Epic Flash 3 wood. I had to retire it, it was too hot sometimes and with my swing being inconsistent the distances were too far between my shortest to my longest. Great club but didn't suit my ability.

I had an original epic 3 wood, the face caved in. Total bummer cause I loved that club. Callaway was awesome and sent me a new Epic Flash 3 wood. It was inconsistent IMO compared to the my other 3 wood. I Sold it to a buddy of mine and he likes it.

Not the flash, buy in have a Maverick 3w. I've played many Callaway fairways over the years, and they never disappoint. If you are comparing the flash to a v steel, its going to be different, we are talking over a decade between releases. Things have changed quite a bit
