Introducing, The Hat.

Hello everyone!

 

I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself, I'm The Hat.

I currently live in the basement in @MattF's house. I'm lucky in that he takes me out twice a week or so for some fresh air and to watch him swear his way around a golf course...but he normally puts me in the boot of the car instead of the front seat...WTF is up with that, I thought we were friends!

Anyway, here's a picture of me on the #4 tee at Windmill Lakes Golf Club in Ravenna, Ohio this afternoon. Believe it or not Matt actually hit a pretty good drive on this hole and didn't put a a ball in the water...amazing huh.



Well, gotta go, he's going to hang me on a peg.

PS: Matt said there's some guy named @Peaksy68 and that we could be friends.

Welcome to the forum @The Hat,  I’m not sure if we’ll be friends, as you’re a bit strange, and have a habit of sticking pretty closely with unsavoury characters like @MattF. At least you do a reasonable job of hiding some of his unsightly bonce

 

As l opened this thread, I thought it best to protect myself from visual and emotional scarring

@The Hatthank you for posting your comments. We've often wondered why @MattFdoesn't give you credit for all of those birdies he claims to have shot and now we've learned that he further mistreated you by sticking you in the boot of his car. I'd suggest you start by talking to @Mr. Shoe, since he's always inside @matt's car.

Some of us Americans are like, what does that mean?  Thankfully I was stationed in England for a while, so I know the difference between trousers and pants.  We used to say all the time..."that's pants!"

Hey guys, The Hat here again. I was hanging out with Ben Curtis, the rock, today.

 

 

MattF sure does sweat a lot...he swears a bit too, but everyone laughs because he talks funny. I really shouldn't say anything about because I'm made from Guatemalan palm leaves.

Anyway, when we got home this afternoon we went for a swim. Well, Matt went for a swim and I just floated around on a lilo.

Gotta go, apparently it's time for bed... At 6pm, that's a bit early but I no say nothing.

I'm back mijos! Did you miss me? 

 

@MattFtook me to the golf course today and it was cold. He knows I grew up in Guatemala where it's warm! Sometimes I think he just hates me...

 

Anyway, here I am just minding my own business, freezing my hat band off. I don't even know why he brought me out because there's no sun!

 

He said something about shooting his wad early or something, I don't know, he talks funny. I saw that gringo @Yellow Ball family members all around today (they mustn't shower because they were all dirty). If I had hands I would have helped them but I don't, so they stayed stuck in the mud.

 

Gotta go back to the basement to warm up.

This guy is always complaining about something. It's too dark in the basement, it's too cold outside, you sweat too much, it's cloudy so why am I here...sounds like a get off my lawn guy!
