Saw this posted by Mizuno Europe. They show the new ST-G driver releasing this fall, and have a European Tour Van guy give his thoughts. Looks good!!! I won’t spoil it, but there’s a new adjustable slot on these!

 

Driver: Ping G430 Max 9*, Ping Tour 70X

Fairway: Ping G425 15*, Ping Tour 70X

Hybrid: Ping G425 22*, Ping Tour 80X

Irons:  Ping i230 4-GW, TT DG X100

That's cool and all.

But I spent most of the time, trying to focus on the irons behind him, to see if they might have left any MP22's laying in site 🙂

I'm surprised that I haven't seen more about these lately. Considering how good their driver line has been this year I definitely will be trying this one out. Not saying that I have been a bit influenced by TXG, but they definitely got me interested lol.

Did you try out any of their drivers this year?

I was actually recommended by true golf fit to go with the st-z I believe for low spin. If their drivers can sneak up to the quality of the irons I would have no problem purchasing

I didn’t. I normally go to a big demo day in Shreveport, LA, but the reps couldn’t make it happen, and my buddy left Club Champion. The only drivers I’ve hit that launched this year were Sim 2 Max, and the Epic Max LS…

Is the only difference from the Z to the G are the adjustable weights?  Also the Z looks long and shallow.  Anyone hit these side by side?  

Looking into a 425LST but one of these ST's is also on the list...
