Ping i59 on Ping Japan

So it looks like the Ping i59s are now on Ping’s Japan site. Can anyone translate? can’t figure out if they are hollow like i500s. Anyways, my guess is that they will hit the states in a few months.

From what I’ve heard there’s not going to be  a true i500 replacement same with iblade and i210. The i59 this year and then i525 in the spring will be what comes out from ping. There should be US release info coming soon for the i59

I believe he I59 are the direct replacement for the Iblade , with a I210 replacement coming at the PGA show this winter.

Just looked at Ping Japan.  This iron has an aluminum insert in the head behind a steel face

Yep.  Looks like the aluminum insert has the same function as the magic goo in other brands.

Thanks Fwiater, that translator works great. Looks to be Taylormade P770 competitor. Curios on these compared to the Blueprints.

I think Google translate might be a bit racist,  "Rye angle" IDK?
I concur it looks like a 770 competitor though. I believe the Blueprints have a smaller footprint.

Hmm.  Not what I expected there.  Apex Pro, P770 stuff going on.

Me as well.  I was kind of hoping for a BP like GI. You just know all the OEM's buy test, dissect, and analyze the competitions offerings.  Perhaps these "secret stuff in the middle" is getting them the latitude in achieving certain design/performance objectives.
