Hey guys,

is the rubber cushion between the shaft and screw on the driver head important? I lost it today by adjusting the sleeve... without it could be less stable?

I Don’t think it’s necessary, mine’s been missing for some Time and I have no issues.

okay... the design is really unnecessary,  because the cushion is really small and it's very easy to lose it... but if I screw it very tight,  will it damage the hosel in the long run?  

performance wise no big difference with your cobra f9?

It’s basically a rubber washer. You might be able to find something at a hardware store that will work.

The rubber washer holds the set screw in the driver head or fairway woods that have an adapter.
