SPY VIP GolfSpy_X Posted November 16, 2011 SPY VIP Share Posted November 16, 2011 [/url] “That Scotty Cameron sure has a hellova racket going on†says an anonymous GolfSpy. Will Any MyGolfSpy'ers Be Bidding? And I would have to agree…but you almost have to marvel at the fact that he's able to get people to spend such an insane amount of money for his clubs. Clubs which in this instance simply have his name written in sharpie and some stamps with letters and circles around them. Now I am sure many MGS readers and others would disagree…but I also respect his creativity. Yes…I said it…his creativity. The man has an eye for design…that is a fact. I know what many of you are probably screaming at your computer screen right now. “HE COPIES OTHERS DESIGNSâ€â€¦and I might even agree with your point to some degree again. But…name me a well known putter designer that doesn't ever take bits and pieces from other designs and market them as his own. So what's the difference between him and the rest of the guys? Well….Scotty's renditions sell…no let me re-phrase that…they sell out…every time! Not only do these Circle T, Circle L, Circle Whatever putters sell…they sell for some major coinage. Moecat
So these are just Titleist 681s with extra "T" and "L" stamps and his very smearable Sharpie autograph.
