I have played GP Tour Velvet grips for years and was wondering if anyone has found other grips that might help with golfer's elbow? Also any other tips for dealing with this annoying problem? Hook DeLoft Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 I had that a few years ago. I wore a brace that wrapped around the fore arm close to the elbow and that helped. It had a pad in it to absorb vibration. If you play steel shafts, switching to graphite would probably help. That’s an expensive solution, though. There are grips that are marketed to decrease the pain from arthritic hands. I don’t know if they would help with elbow pain. Same boat here. 2 months ago though. Compression sleeve helped out ton. Also making sure that i was gripping club correct with left hand. In fingers if that makes sense is more better.
