Where do you guys purchase your balls?

I have tried many links associated with MGS and even outsode of MGS but with shipping and taxes, a dozen balls are trending above $60.

Callaway is out of CSX balls as well. 

any tips?

golfballs.com because I usually get a coupon and they ship pretty fast for me anyway.

I usually stock up during sales, most recently during Srixon's Buy 2 Get 3 sale. Beyond that, if I'm in a pinch, there's almost always a Golf Galaxy $10 coupon floating around.

Order customized prov buy 4 for 3 in the spring. Usually lasts me two seasons so just buy new every release from my pro shop

Been buying from a seller on Amazon.   Grade AAA Snell balls....about a buck a ball.   Fits my game, and budget, perfectly.

suffice it to say, this calls into question all thier practices of selling brand new balls.....what are they doing over there?

When questioned, they had no idea how this could happen......

Ive seen that at my local Target. People swap the inner sleeves with higher priced balls. 
Pretty sure karma will recover those balls from the scumbags.

 

EDIT: Not implying Golfballs.com did this to you... just sharing a deja vu experience.

Wow.  I also have used Golfballs.com a LOT, and always had excellent results.  This is a very very strange occurrence, to say the least.  (Maybe they just wanted you to play a better ball...)  Notice my avatar.

I've bought "logo overrun" balls from them numerous times.  My experience is that they usually show in a brown "Golfballs.com" dozen sized box, and often not in individual sleeves.  This is a really weird occurrence, to be sure.

Yeah i had that before but also bought overrun logo and it was in the brand name box too overall very odd .. going to think twice now about order from them

I always buy from golf balls.com, never had a problem.  Usually get 12 dozen with my logo and they last a couple years

Plot twist: they actually ARE Callys, but the logo overrun was someone being funny and putting Bridgestone B's on his Callys...

i actually thought that when i saw this....but even the box label is incorrect....someone had a field day with this box...

no....i sent them pics and they said "keep em"....i dont evben know what balls these are...no model # on the sides and they looked used

up for far less.

I buy mine from lost golf balls . com. I get the 5-star mint condition balls. They look brand new or maybe lost after a couple hits. It's usually 45%-50% the cost of brand new for basically a new ball played after 2-holes. So my 5-star mint Srixon Z-Star's are about $24/dozen when I buy 4-dozen. I've only been slightly dissaponted when I've bought the 4-star balls. The condition is quite a bit lower and sometimes they throw in Z-Star XV's or even Q-Star Tours.

Srixon has run buy 1 get 1 on their website in fall/winter, and they just had a buy 2 get 3 promotion on all balls. $60/dz? Don't think so...Pro V1 are $48 retail everywhere.
