Taylormade RAC Limited Edition RAC Japan Forged

Picked up these bad boys online, was told there were only 500 sets of these made. Milled facing and shafted with Tour Issued Dynamic Gold X-100's.

 

Unfortunately only got to play 2 rounds with these beauties as the snow comes early in Ottawa!!

Very similar to the 2005 cb's. Very sweet iron for the serious golfer. I had 4 sets of the Tour Issue versions of the 2005 TM cb's once upon a time. They were said to be forged by Miura of Japan. They were a great head but you needed to be a pretty good ball striker to hit them, not very forgiving. Congrats on your pick-up 2Low4U!

Why is TM only making the good stuff in Japan???? These clubs look great, very clean. Looks like a cleaned up R9 tp!!!

Thanks for all the feedback boys... These are essentially just an upgrade from the 05 Rac TP Forged Irons but of course the Japan Forged Model... These were produced in 2008. The look at address is pristine. I had r9 TP's and they were way too clunky these are perfect. Especially because I didnt wanna go to a pure blade!!

 

I am new to this site but I sort of made a mistake on the title, Im assuming I have to ask a moderator to fix it? Proper name for the title should be Limited Edition Taylormade Japan Forged Rac TP's.

These are very weak by today's standard.  I just picked up a mint set last weekend 3-PW and they are butter soft.  The Japan forging process is legit.
