SUGGESTION FOR TAMPA BAY RAYS

You guys are a pretty good baseball team, first place last time I checked,

so I suggest that you move from Tropicana Field to Raymond James Stadium.

Based on last night, they actually have PEOPLE over there.

Also, while we're on the subject, give me my quarterback and tight end back.

Gisele, too.

That or we could move into Amalie Arena - there's a pretty good team playing there too you know.  🙂

Taylor Made Stealth 2 10.5 Diamana S plus 60  Aldila  R flex   - 42.25 inches

SMT 4 wood bassara R flex, four wood head, 3 wood shaft

Ping G410 7, 9 wood  Alta 65 R flex

Srixon ZX5 MK II  5-GW - UST recoil Dart 65 R flex

India 52,56 (60 pending)  UST recoil 75's R flex

Evon roll ER 5 32 inches

It's our offseason so auditioning candidates - looking for that right mix of low spin long, more spin around the greens - TBD

You do have an excellent hockey team, but I can't wrap my head around hockey in Florida.

Boston, Chicago, Detroit, and New York were the only American cities with major league hockey when I was a tike.

Places where you could also play outside.

If somebody said, "Who do you like tonight, the Tampa Bay Lightening or the Arizona Coyotes "

one would quite naturally assume that roller derby was being discussed.

It was a thing back then.  Funny, but a thing.

I remember this days also. You will appreciate that Ken Hodge is a member of my club.

I saw Mr. Hodge play at the old Boston Garden many times.

If I remember correctly, he played on a line with Phil Esposito and Wayne Cashman.

But who remembers anything correctly anymore?

[That's OK.   The short term memory is even worse.]

No Philadelphia until the 1970s.

The City of Brotherly Cheesesteaks was considered a bit tropical for hockey.

  • 4 weeks later...
My Scarlet Hose have played miserably in Tropicana this year, but most of those games were with a covid-depleted lineup.

They'll need a different excuse this week. Maybe the "catwalks" will get in the way.

I don't know how they've got a baseball team in Tampa/St. Pete with the horrific attendance that they got as a first place team.
They now have a chance to hold the NFL, NHL, and MLB titles all at once.
I wouldn't bet on it, but the Astros will most likely be the team to knock them out, not us..
