MyGolfSpy would like to congratulate November 2011's "MyGolfSpy Forum Member of the Month", Moecat.

Moecat has been a loyal member and frequent contributor since we launched the forum in March of 2010. His selection as our inaugural "MyGolfSpy Forum Member of the Month" reflects his continuing dedication to growing and supporting the MyGolfSpy Forum.

As we look to the future; there aren't any hard and fast rules for choosing a winner. The Forum Member of the Month isn't simply given to the forum member who starts the most topics, or comments on the most posts. It's given to a reader we feel has done an outstanding job of eliciting conversation, contribution to the discussion, and ultimately helping grow the MyGolfSpy Community.

I just read about this on the blog a couple of minutes ago and put a response there, too.

This news is a complete surprise for me, and a happy one as well, I must admit.

I feel very lucky to be part of MyGolfSpy because a number of things really set this place apart from the rest. First and foremost are the members - nice, classy people who carry themselves as such ... more often than not, the kind who you would expect to be partnered with at a golf course when a foursome needs to be filled out. And of course, the content is top notch with the product reviews provided by both the site owners and members, general forum posts, etc. etc. etc.

As the site continues to grow in both membership and quality of content, I look forward to seeing the Member of the Month grow along with it.
