Sounds like the speed trainer you used may be something worth looking in to! My neighbor has the prgr and let me use it at the range a couple times this year, and it seemed to be accurate, to my knowledge anyways, based on what I'll see in the winter at a place like X-Golf.

I had new personal records today with my heel stomps. 120 mph with 3 weights and 111 with all 5 weights. My pre training driver swings are at 111 and post around 116. I think I’m at a good point in two weeks for maintenance mode and grow some strength in the gym.

Back on the wagon with this due  to the off-season challenge. My sheet is up to date now under the winter tab. Having a consistent radar setup has helped now and getting the sequencing better is getting me somewhere. Top speed with light weight now is 133 and I have even pushed the heavy weight to 110.

So just finished the second week of SS level three with the max swing speed trainer. This week was low on dominant avg from last week whereas non dominant was faster. Particularly the double step my non dominant side is almost as fast as my dominant side. The trainer is working well as my baseline speed check today with driver dry swings was 115 on avg (up from 109 last month). Going to need to regrip soon and will match my other clubs. Still excellent value on this.

Well my journey with this came to an end today. On my second warm up swing, a big chunk of weight flew off, through the shrubs and 50 yards to the wall of an apparel manufacturer. Mind you I always check to make sure the weights are secure

FYI, I reached out to Andrew and am going to give this another go with a new unit. I will be more careful to where I am swinging this incase things do bad again. Then again, time for more need for speed! Will give a shout out to the great CS here and great contact and making sure the right thing is done.
