Anyone tried Piper Golf Balls?

Seen a ton of ads for these and they're pretty active on social but has anyone actually used them? Always interested in these different DTC balls

Haven't tried them personally but saw a couple of reviews. Good price point, pretty good performance but it seemed like their black and gold versions the cover started to shred after a dozen or so hits. I'm sure some people may be okay with it but its a no from me, dog.

That's what I noticed from the reviews as well, especially since there are several other quality golf balls at better price points with somewhat even or better track records. For example, Kirkland signatures at about a dollar a ball vs. the piper golds at $2.92 a ball.

I would try Kirkland or Vice balls before these balls for sure, not much of a price difference either
