Black Friday starts the Christmas purchases tomorrow. If you can get one golf related item for Christmas what would you want. Limit on the price to $2000.

For me finding a Titleist TSi1 driver that I was fitted for in May under the tree would be wonderful. Still haven't pulled the trigger yet.

With a budget of $2000, I'd want a Flightscope Mevo+. They're running a sale in them right now and they come in at $1799. Although, if I got that, I'd have to buy my wife a LOT of plants.

Actually, besides my top secret item, what I would like is another pair of rain pants. In the PNW, I tend to always wear rainpants during the winter season, even if there is only a small chance of rain that day.

I really don't need anything golf related presently but were I forced to spend $2000 it would be a Mevo+ and a pair of shoes (not sure which ones).... or.... a Mitchell Loft/Lie machine.

I want a Mitchell loft/lie machine as well. I'm still waiting for the deal that will probably never come

$2,000? Hmm. I’d take the cash and deposit it into my “golf account”, then wait for next season.
 

Then, next season, I’d go do a fitting for driver, fairway, hybrid, and irons and see what shakes out. I doubt what I have is getting switched-out across the board, so whatever money’s left I’d use toward some lessons. I’m guessing I’d spend somewhere around $1,000 on changes to the bag at most, so a grand for lessons.

AFter thinking about this for a while and since I need a new coach/instructor;  I'd buy into the performance school that one my local golf coaches offers.  Basically a year of coaching and instruction for $2K.

That it stays warm enough in the Chicago area to golf semi regularly. I’m not worried about February since I’ll be in Hawaii for a couple weeks.

Chances of getting it are slim to none though since I already have Super Speed and Super Speed C.  Every year I can’t tell if the wife misses or forgets my texts with “Christmas gift?” and the relevant hyperlink, or if she gets it and decides I’ve already spent too much on golf.

Come up the Columbia River next spring and play my course teeing off at 9:18am, just after the men's club gangsome any day of the week.  You will spend 5 hours on the course!!  Is that enough time for you?
