Pro Performance Model - Copper Wedge

Assuming that that is solid copper, is that a good idea for a wedge? I know that you shouldn't lean on a solid copper putter for fear of bending it; I would imagine that the force of impact on a wedge would knock it all out of whack and that the grooves would not last long.

I thought copper heads couldn't be made due to EPA concerns. Isn't that why Ping stopped making them?

I'm in the market for new heads and I'm really tempted to try the copper ones - I was thinking they will probably have a bit more feel - but I was worried they will corrode fast or wear faster.

Let us know how they last...

I don't want to play heads which are the color of the statue of liberty...
