Goober 56
Any fitness is great for any activity. And love that video by the way personally I do a full 2 hour workout 4-6 days a week. And if I could I would do even more. For me, my fitness is always first. Never really stress about golf that much Edited January 12 by Goober

Learned alot already how a disfunctional back and shoulder can greatly affect the golf turn/pivot. Looking forward to better health and golf in 2022.

I am doing open books, thoracic rotation quadruped, downward dog, prone shoulder cars.
hlilie33 0
I watched the video earlier than I got here over to study MGS and it became interesting. As an MGS maximum desired tester I obviously hit lots of shots interior and on a GCQuad so I have some appropriate comparisons for all sorts of golf equipment to do exercise. My non-public findings are that the numbers I see at the GCQuad are just like what I see at the course.
