SmoothDraw16
Is it still possible to get fitted for last year’s models with the shaft choices offered? If so does anyone know how long that is supported with the new models on their way? Thanks! GolfSpy_APH
I think it very much depend son OEM to OEM and store to store. In addition options may be more limited to what they already are with supply chain shortages. In some cases like Callaway who have kinda 2 cycles the they will often still have Epic line ready to order even with Rogue and Rogue next year when a new line comes out. This has been the normal for them. That being said pricing often isn't any different so ordering new whether it is 2021 or 2022 models may cost the same or have very little difference ($50?). Sorry it isn't a definitive answer, but it honestly really does depend. As of right now Callaway, TM, XXIO, Mizuno and shortly Cobra will have announced all their new 2022 with no word yet on others that I'm aware of. So any of those not listed would still be on their 2021 models (Ping, Titleist, Tour Edge, Sub70 and many others) fixyurdivot and cnosil 2 Quote as of Nov 6, 2023 (Past WITB) Driver: Paradym TD w/ GD ADDI 6X Driver Shootout! fixyurdivot
Most major fitting stores will carry prior and current year products but best to call around and check. Also, as Jamie points out, usually not much difference in price so definitely hit the newest and get the data to help decide if any discount is worth it. RickyBobby_PR
Depends on anther they have the fitting cart from the previous release. Remeber some brands have two year cycles and some have one year. The shop I frequent still has the fitting carts from last year. They include anything released in summer/late 2020 for certain clubs and anything released last year. The stuff currently available for pre order isn’t in there yet. Also will depend on whether a brand has discontinued a club like the i210. Call whatever fitter you are looking at for what they have available and what they can order Quote Driver: PXG 0811 X+ Proto w/UST Helium 5F4 Wood: TaylorMade M5 5W w/Accra TZ5 +1/2”, TaylorMade Sim 3W w/Aldila rogue white Hybrid: PXG Gen2 22* w/AD hybrid Irons: PXG Gen3 0311T w/Nippon modus 120 Wedges: TaylorMade MG2 50*, Tiger grind 56/60 Putter: Scotty Caemeron Super Rat1 Ball: Titleist Prov1
