2023 Birdie Every Hole Challenge

We are just past the half way point for the year. Seeing lots of people making some great progress. Posting to get the bump and keep this thread alive.

Have played 105 rounds so far this year and am satisified with the results to this point. The "yellow" cell fill color indicates "eagle" on those holes. Only one of the eagles is on a par 5 so still have 11 par 5s to attack. We have 3 courses (54 holes) so there is still time. Made it last year (all birdies) - getting the last hole in the 12th month. On the bright side - I already have marked off that "last hole" this year so life is good.

Hope everyone is doing well with this! 

I don't have too many holes left and have knocked off a few of the difficult ones, but it's these silly par 3s that truly have hurt me. 

Got my fingers crossed still and a lot of time left. 

Also moved back a set of tees so it's s bit harder now.

I birdied #11 over the weekend which is the last hole I was missing from last years list.  I still have 4 more to go for this year though.

Checked #18 off the list a league last night. 3 more to go!

9th round played today.  Unfortunately duplicated another, second birdie of hole #18.  I did knock off one of my two remaining pars.  Parred the #1 handicap, by rolling in a 50 footer for par.  Couldn't make even one out of 3, 12 footers for a new birdie, but rolled in a 50 footer for par.  HMMMMMM!

At this point I'm shocked or maybe just slightly cursed I have yet to birdie hole 10. It's my favorite hole and I have had at least 10 good chances are birdie and either misread or mis-hit the putt. 

One day hole 10 one day!

Don't want to jinx anything but since joining my club a few months ago I have knocked off 13/18 holes with birdies in 10 tries and still have a par 5 left and only one really tough hole (#3 HDCP) left. Plus we have a year round season here so anything can happen!

4 holes to go! One of which is a par 5 however it's the opening hole so often difficult to be firing at that point. Most difficult has been #10 for me, becoming a bugga boo hole because of a tight tee shot. Haven't hit par here in about a month.

Been a while since I've been able to do so, but I've recently knocked out two more birdies on the list.

Still have a bunch to knock off this season, but taking a little break for the next week or so from play. 

Kinda worn out between work, kids and golfing so hoping the little break reignites something!

Still working but not making much headway.

Played one of our 3 courses today, playing very well with a 70 Gross. Four birdies (two bogies) but did not birdie one of the 4 holes needed to complete that course.

Have one course needing 1 hole, one needing 4 holes and one needing 6 holes. Last year it was in Dec when finally getting the last hole for the year. Hope to finish sooner this year but not getting it done as yet.

Still have 4 holes left on The Bel.  Still have not birdied #6 or 8 on the front 9 and #16 or 17 on the back 9 for this season.

I got #13 last night which is one of the easier holes at my home course. I can't believe it took basically the whole season to get that one.  I also had my best look of the year on #12, a 9 footer below the cup that I left a few inches short dead center of the cup.  I just have 2 more holes to get this year, but they are both tough ones.

And #12 has been checked off the list!  Only 1 more to go, but it is the toughest rated hole on the course.

Still stuck on 5 different holes.  Haven't been able to get out on my course for the last 6 weeks or so, they've had outings and stuff, we've been playing other courses.  10th  round coming up, I'm hoping to check off one or two more, not sure how many more times I will get to it.  It is a course that doesn't shed water very well.   We will see.  Gives me something to shoot at for next year.

Finally, I finished one of our 3 courses - got the final hole this past week. Have played 65 rounds on White Wing course (total of 155 on all 3 courses) so am feeling pretty good about where the year stands.

Still have a few holes to get on the other courses. As I posted at the start of the year, I got the last hole in 2022 in the month of December, hope to be lucky enough to make that this year.

Just making sure you noticed if you go to top of page, there is a link which takes you to a spread sheet, where people track  birdies/pars etc.

I did.  Thank you. It may be too late to start/finish for this year but definitely will participate this next year.

I decided that I am going to try and make this happen before end of year.  I pulled out my scorecards from the past several months and after 2 birdies today, have 4 of the 18.   The bonus to todays birdies are that I got what I think is one of the hardest par 3's on my course knocked out.  Have a long way to go but we don't get super cold weather so I should be able to play a bunch before the end of the year.
