Made by Orion Golf, called the Black Hawk. I remember something similar on the market about 15 years ago. You could set in son the green in the address position, and the thing would stay there, so you could walk around and get a good look at the line... Can't remember the name though.

Yeah interesting putter...especially since it has been done so many time and it is resurfacing. But many issues with a design like this.

 

1. If lie angle or set-up is not the exact same every time it will cause issues.

2. Without a radius on the sole it will want to open or close in almost every position on a green.

3. With no negative bounce from front to rear of sole it will want to catch the grass on backstroke.

In that case the radius on the sole is perfect.
