This is a keto bread recipe that we've started doing and I'd say it's about 90% of the way there as far as fake bread imitating real bread. And it's great for Keto because it introduced a load of dietary fiber. 

I even bought a bread machine purposely to use with this recipe and it turns out pretty awesome. 

You can treat it like regular bread as it does have yeast and all of the ingredients react to the yeast like regular flour would. I found this looking for a non-almond flour recipe as I'm allergic to all nuts. It works AWESOME for sub rolls! You can add herbs or seasoning of choice and roll out a few 2' loaves, rise and bake them and then cut in 6" rolls for killer sandwiches. 

I've modified it to make pancakes too and they turned out good.

Hmm, I might have to look into a bread maker. I'm ok with my low carb tortillas, but my wife likes her bread. She has been buying this low carb bread that has a wierd smell to it, I won't even touch it.

Aldi has a couple low carb breads that are pretty good. I use the Chaffle recipe to make bread for the occasional BLT and the Crepini's, also at Aldi, for wraps.

Made this keto smoked salmon & caviar spinach roulade last night to go on a charcuterie board. I used grated parmesan for the hard cheese and got a cheap tub of masago at the local Asian market for the caviar. It was absolutely one of the best keto recipes I've made.

Dinner last night was bacon wrapped pork tenderloin medallions with an apricot, cinnamon & cayenne pepper glaze and a side of creamed Brussels sprouts. Polaner All Fruit makes a sugar free apricot version which keeps this dish keto.

Dinner last night was Everything Bagel Wings. We used a sugar free Carolina Gold BBQ sauce to keep the wings keto and baked them instead of frying. Made half the wings by putting sauce and ET seasoning on at the start and dipped half in the sauce and seasoning after the they were cooked. The later process produced a much more flavorful offering with a crisp skin and juicy inside. #DELISH

Had a serious case of the meat sweats after devouring these bacon wrapped coffee rubbed monster off the bone porterhouses with a side of roasted Brussel sprouts.

Have not been very faithful to the diet lately with some wine tastings and microbrewery visits! I'm up to 177 lbs so really need to drop 3-4, and with annual physical and blood work coming up in 3-weeks want to be as clean as possible. It's the same old story, eating/drinking carbs means I've been stronger in the gym and chest & arms look great, but it always comes with a doughy middle. Hitting it hard starting today. Dinner from Saturday & Sunday was red snapper, shrimp & bay scallop ceviche.

Dinner last night was keto shrimp & grits. Used frozen riced cauliflower as a replacement for the grits and it was quite tasty. The chorizo and garlic gave the dish a little stealth spice & heat! I would probably reduce the amount of cream & chicken broth by 1/3 to thicken up the cauliflower more next time.

Dinner last night was seared pork tenderloin medallions with a balsamic, honey & sriracha glaze with parmesan ranch roasted Brussel sprouts. The tenderloin was amazing, but Mrs. H. said I'm never allowed to make it again because it destroyed the pan!😬

Some very nice food guys thanks for sharing, after major stomach surgeries end 2019 I’ve changed my eating and drinking habits. Biggest surprise was how small my stomach became after a month in a coma and losing 30kgs I was trying to get weight back on, couldn’t tolerate a lot of different foods and can’t drink a glass of Red wine without increased pain in my stomach. I mix Red wine with Lemon lime and bitters soft drink and it’s a 50/50 mix, a month ago I started Limited Fasting which is eating for 8hours and fasting for 16. I eat drink normally for 3 days and fast for 4days and I feel pretty good but can’t get rid of the pain in my stomach, I take 8 paracetamol a day otherwise I’m climbing the walls. May look at the Keto diet, cheers 

I’m a hacker who loves nothing more than to change how I play, be that grips shafts and heads its all fair game lol…

I just found these noodles that have ZERO carbs! Any noodles are verboten on a low carb diet so this brings back a lot of old recipes into the diet. Going to try to make a keto Pad Thai with them soon.

I'll be interested to hear your feedback on these. We tried shirataki noodles several years ago and were less than impressed.

Not really keto, but we got some really lovely peaches and decided to make this field greens salad with heirloom tomatoes, burrata, pomegranate arils and basil. Fantastic! I think it would be even better if we had grilled the peaches.

@Parshooter36 Made a keto version of Pad Thai last night using the miracle noodles and I thought they were pretty good. They don't taste much different than the typical cellophane noodles I normally use to make the dish,

Dinner last night was a small charcuterie platter and these keto crab rangoons. This recipe uses the Fathead pizza dough to make the shells. My wife, who is a crab rangoon connoisseur loved them. I would add a little more worcestershire sauce to the filling for a little more tanginess.

Just had my annual wellness exam and had some pretty positive results. Weight was down 5 lbs from last year and my blood pressure & cholesterol levels were significantly lower. My good cholesterol (HDL) went up by over 10 points to 85! Big Labor Day weekend with some entertaining and off the diet for a few days so expect to add a couple lbs, but will get back on the diet Tuesday.

I have not been slacking on the diet, just eating a lot of the same things so not posting same stuff over & over again. Two new recipes last night that both exploded with flavors. Tuna steak with a Mediterranean sauce and cabbage roasted in a wood infused olive oil with a garlic dijon butter sauce.

Dinner last night was a keto lump crab noodle stir fry. I used the Miracle Noodles to keep it keto. I liked it, but Mrs. H found it a little bland.

Made this keto carrot cake for dessert last night. While it lacks the moisture of a traditional carrot cake, all the flavors are there and the cream cheese icing would make cardboard taste good! I used Splenda in place of allulose in the cake and Swerve in the icing. Mrs. H. had 2 pieces, but I promised her I wouldn't tell anyone.🤫

Dinner last night was a slow cooked pot roast on a bed of horseradish cauliflower mash. It was the perfect Sunday dinner on a cold & rainy Georgia night!
