Our product is designed and marketed for retail in the PGA professionals pro shop. So we made decision early on to not include the bounce on the wedges in effort to allow the golfer to try our forged wedge without any preconceived opinion about not being able to play it because of the bounce. Our bounce offerings are 8,10,12.

 

Upon founding Carnahan Golf I did a case study, which including visiting pro shops throughout the Pacific Northwest and talking with professional peers to see which loft + bounce combinations were a tough sell. Most of these wedges just so happened to be the niche loft and lie combinations either on the high or low spectrum. Our triple grind sole allows us to keep it simple for the PGA professional with offering one bounce per loft.

C.Carnahan TG "Tour Groove" forged wedges were designed to accommodate the new USGA conforming groove. Made in gunmetal, nickel and white chrome finishes but unfortunately these never hit the market. We felt the design aesthetics were a bit too Nascar-ish for our clean and timeless brand. Your thoughts?

 

The predecessor to this line was our USGA Approved V-Groove forged wedge here.

 

I will be posting images of the newly designed "Tour Groove" forged wedges soon! Produced without a finish in effort to accommodate a tour players sole grind preference.

Only 25 heads made in each loft: 52 / 56 / 60 | Yes, they are USGA approved!

We have yet to show at the Portland Golf. The PNW PGA sections show and the PGA Show are usually the two shows we attend annually. We possible will be adding the Rocky Mountain PGA Section show this year in Colorado. The reason why we don't show at this local event is because we sell directly to the pro shops and tend not to sell direct to the consumer. The cool part of our new "shop" on carnhangolf.com is that these products ordered via the site will be shipped to you from one our pro shop accounts.
