Another branch of putter appearance is what finish do you like? Bettinardi offers a finish called Caramel Carbon on their raw carbon putters that looks great and Scotty’s oil can finish is a favorite. Bettinardi has been a reoccurring reference here and they actual explain on their website the type of milling and the feel off the face or best fit based on one’s tempo.
