Driver twisting

So was at the range today and started noticing my driver twisting on some swings. I’d look at the grip afterwards and it was in a different orientation. The adapter is separated from the feral now. I worry my shaft might also have damage. Should I be concerned?

The only way to know for sure is to pull it and inspect. I’ve fixed a couple buddies clubs that this has happened to and 1 shaft was fine while the other had started to splinter. No guarantees they weren’t damaged before installation but can’t really use it as is anyways. 
 

Other option is to sell to someone who is looking for an Epic lol

The answer it yes you should be concerned. The shaft twisted in the head and your ferrule is toast. 

Have the shaft pulled and inspected for damage in general (its not as if a clubmaker would have an atomic powered microscope to see the fibers) and reinstalled with the correct ferrule. 

99 times out of 100 this is not an issue but better to check than throwing the head down the fairway.

Thanks for the replies. I am waiting to hear from my club builder on when i can meet. Good news is Callaway said they can replace it if my fitter can't fix it.
