After all the viewing options for watching the masters,  trying to watch this is straight out of the 90s. No streaming? Someone tell me there is a way to actually watch this outside the 4 hour TV schedule

I mean the PGA IS the leftover major according to Denny’s… only makes sense.

Since I can't follow live... I don't know whats going on. But I see Rory is out at -5 thru 11, Tiger is at +2.  He was at -2 last I saw, so he must have run into trouble along the way.

The Disney Bundle (Hulu with Live TV, ESPN+, and Disney+) is worth the money. We haven’t had cable/satellite for years.  ESPN+ has featured groups, holes, etc. It is great for golf.

I don’t know about everyone else but I am enjoying how espn has been covering major tournaments. Especially the PGA championship. The ability to follow a group, or watch a select hole(s). It’s really given the viewer significantly more access to the tournament and content in general

Become a real fan of JT over the past couple years, guy is hones and IMO a fantastic watch on the course from play to his no-filter talk (love that). His tweet is awsome hopefully it puts a little pressure on these events to consider cost analysis. Obviously fans are going no matter what but would be nice to see some change in sports venues

I really enjoy the PGA Championship and they have much improved it from the afterthought glorified Tour-type event it used to be, but I still don't see any good reason that it is still a major.

We could say the masters is nothing more than a limited field invitational and isn’t worthy of being a major too.  Other than the US and British Open we could debate the merits or limitations of any event being a major. The main reason; which you typically ague against, is probably tradition along with how it represents the professional golfer in the US.

The Masters is by a wide margin the most watched and most popular golf tournament in the world. 

The PGA does not have a sterling early history. 

All in though, it is doing good things and it’s Championship has been top notch in recent years.
