They look pretty old - probably late 80s or early 90s. My guess based on graphics plus when 90 compression and Surlyn were industry standard.

Someone gave me a dozen on the Grand Tour golf balls back in the 80's. The package was different and did not use the wording Grand Tour III, just Grand Tour. The guy that gave them to me was trying to get me involved in some type of pyramid selling scheme. The golf balls sucked and I did not returns his calls about the business opportunity.
