Parshooter36 Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 I'm on my 2nd pair and have one doing the same thing. I don't remember an instance when it broke, it just doesn't want to loosen. It will loosen some if I kind of press down on the center of the dial, but that doesn't always work. It's odd, because it has no issues tightening. The 1st pair the lace actually broke within the 1st month so Skecher replaced them for me. I had wanted a set of BOA shoes for years. Needless to say, I am less than impressed.
