Golfspy_CG2
Now on Tour: New Titleist Drivers and Fairways CARLSBAD, CA. (June 20, 2022) – The new Titleist TSR drivers – the next generation of the most played drivers on the PGA TOUR – are making their worldwide debut this week at the Travelers Championship. Today’s introduction of the new TSR drivers, together with the new TSR fairway metals, marks the start of the tour seeding and validation process for the upcoming Titleist metalwoods line. Collaborating with the game’s best players throughout the R&D process, and then earning their final validation, is critical to the development of all high-performance Titleist golf equipment. Titleist Tour Representatives will be working with players over the next three days at TPC River Highlands, fitting them into the new TSR models and gathering their performance feedback. Thursday’s opening round will mark the first opportunity for players to game the new TSR metalwoods in competition. Stay tuned to Titleist.com and Titleist's social channels for updates as this process continues over the coming weeks across the worldwide professional tours. TITLEIST DRIVERS ON THE GAME’S BIGGEST STAGES Titleist is the most played driver on the PGA TOUR, as it has been since the 2018-19 season, with more players gaming TSi driver models than any other brand since their introduction on tour in September 2020. Titleist is the PGA TOUR’s winningest driver since the debut of TSi (25 victories). Two weeks ago, Justin Thomas won the PGA Championship using a TSi3 driver – the most popular driver model on the PGA TOUR - in addition to several professional tours around the world. Titleist drivers are the top choice at the game’s biggest amateur championships.Titleist was the most played driver at the recent NCAA Men’s Championship and St. Andrews Links Trophy (where both winners also played a TSi driver), as well as last year’s U.S. Amateur and U.S. Junior Amateur championships. TSi is the winningest driver this season on the LPGA Tour, and the choice of the reigning Augusta National Women’s Amateur Champion. Among the world’s best currently playing a Titleist TSi driver: Max Homa, Sungjae Im, Danielle Kang, Nelly Korda, Jessica Korda, Cameron Smith, Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas and Will Zalatoris, as well the 4th- and 13th-ranked players in the Rolex World Rankings (LPGA) and 11th- and 17th-ranked players in the Official World Golf Ranking (PGA TOUR Kanoito, golfinnut, Nolan220 and 6 others 9 Quote G430 Max 10K TSiR1 15.0 Aldlia Ascent 60g TSR2 18.0 PX Aldila Ascent 6og TSi1 20 Aldila Ascent Shafts R T350 5-GW SteelFiber I80 SM10 48F/54M and58K S159 48S/52S/56W/60B Select 5.5 Flowback 35" ProV1 Play number

PMookie
Ahhh, I love this stuff! New releases, and pics are why I came to MGS in the first place! I didn’t really give the TSi drivers a real “go” at it, so I’d be interested in seeing how these have been improved vs the previous model. I imagine more forgiveness across the models will be a marketing point. bens197, GolfSpy_SHARK, Vegan_Golfer_PNW and 2 others 5 Quote Driver: Ping G430 Max 9*, Ping Tour 70X Fairway: Ping G425 15*, Ping Tour 70X Hybrid: Ping G425 22*, Ping Tour 80X Irons: Ping i230 4-GW, TT DG X100 Wedges: SMS 50D/54V/58DModus 130 stiff, +1” Putter: EAS 1.0 Ball: Titleist 2023 AVX

KC Golf
The TSR photos look great. However, I think I will stick with my TSi 3 Driver and FW for now. It’s still just awesome on so many levels. Hard to justify replacing them, I was actually hoping for a ATi titanium face for the FW. I guess it’s too expensive for the price point or there is not enough supply of material to make them, I do like the additional notches on the FW for the weights on the TSR 3 FW. I am curious if anyone has put two lighter weights (on toe and heel spots) on TSi 3 driver or FW to enhance MOI? I read that some have tried that with some success. Never heard about that before. bens197 1 Quote TSR 3 9.0 GD Tour AD - DI 6S Stiff TSi 3 15.0 GD Tour AD - DI 6S Stiff TS3 21 Hybrid Tensei AV Blue 65 HY Stiff U-510 19 Utility Iron HZDUS Smoke Black 6.0 Stiff 5-PW 101T Irons - KBS Tour Lite Stiff - Official Tester 2023 Vokey SM9 52 F - 12 Nippon NS Pro 950 Stiff Vokey Forged 56 M - 10 DG S200 MG3 60 - 12 NS Modus3 Tour 105 Stiff Scotty Special Select - Squareback 2 - 35” / Super Stroke Slim 3.0 Z-Star Diamond Players 4 bag Official Tester - 2021 & Loyal MCC Plus 4 Sensor User

GolfSpy TCB
TSi3 has been the best driver I have ever hit for my swing. Not saying there aren't others out there equal or better, haven't tested them all... but I love the TSi3. And now the TSr comes out. I guess I will be making my way to the fitting booth when they are available. They are pretty, no question... just a matter of performance. As for the FW - I have a lot of faith in my Srixon ZX's... so I will be interested to see if the new TSr FW's can meet that challenge. Anxiously awaiting the announcement on the release date.
