Our trip involved lots of driving, so I would guess the average was about 1.9/person/day. So you all should have no problem beating that!

I was looking at the courses a bit (again) last night and was chuckling at this one.  Nothing like water down the entire right side to welcome us for our opening tee shots!

So, as an update, Jose Rob and I were discussing tee's and playing yardages and what to do on the courses for tees. In essence, we're going to let y'all decide what tees you want to play from but figured we'd drop in here to 

As mentioned earlier in thread, The tips on the River are almost certain too much for us mere mortals (ahem ahem @Jmikecpa not withstanding) so For the River we're suggesting Blue only for our longest hitters (carrying it 230ish on the reg due to forced carries), A mix of Blue and Gold for most, and Gold as an option for our older brethren or shorter hitters with White available for those who want to go off the very front as well.

For the Lakes, The Greens are the equivalent of the Blues, the Blues are the Blue/Golds, Blue/Gold is the Gold and Gold is the White. I'll post yardages, slope ratings, everything in thread here in a minute.

I’m thinking I’m playing blues Saturday, but tips looks like a little much to bite off for little old me.  Maybe after another year of Stack training.

I'm heading up on Saturday from Compass Pointe.  Are there any details posted on starting times, etc?  If there are folks planning to walk, I would definitely join you if possible.  Looking forward to this event.

Sunday tee times are posted on the last page, Saturday ones are posted a couple pages back.

After my discssion with the Head Pro there and seeing the forecast for heat indexes approaching 100+ this weekend, I think most of the group decided they will cart it.  Even the heartesist of walkers.

How long do you think it will take me on Saturday morning to get there from Compass Pointe?  Waze is saying 45 minutes but I know that's a busy route with folks going to OC over the weekend.  I don't mind leaving earlier so I don't have to rush to the course.  Thanks and looking forward to meeting some new golfers and drinking buddies.

If this is supposed to make sense then I am not smart enuff to be part of this outing?!?!?!?!   

Maybe somebody can just point me to the appropriate tee on each hole!

Barry. I made it there Monday in just about that exact time.   They said since it’s a Saturday AM and we are talking Bay Bridge.  I would seriously allow 1:15 to 1:30. minutes minimum.   Better to be early than miss a tee time.   But I always error on the side of caution.

Basically play whatever tee you feel comfortable with.
