I have always been a Cobra fan and used their products in the past. I still have a 2016 Forged Tec Iron that goes in play fairly often. I believe these Forged Tec Irons will give improved forgiveness and distance to my game where I don't play quite as much and allow me to score better even on less then perfect days. Not to mention they are bloody stunning irons!

• Research both irons and select which set you'd like
• Build a set (using any no upcharge options) and take a screen shot and post it in this thread.
• Note for Lefty's-You can click on Custom Options if you want the X model to buld your set.  When the winner is chosen, if he/she is LH we will submit the specs directly to Cobra to be build. So in short Lefy's should have the same choices as RH in the X model. 

Then answer the following questions in the same post that you put your bag. 

• Explain why you chose the model you did and what you'd hope to get out of them performance wise
• List your first name/city state (US Only entries)
• What current irons you're playing
• Handicap
• Will you agree to patriciate in discussions on the forum about your experience with the irons after receiving them.

One of the nice things about Cobra is that they seem to be the only large OEM (I could be wrong) that lets you buy irons individually from their website. 

Whether it’s a tough pill to swallow on dropping $1,200 on a full set, or just a preference to mix-up the FT & FTx lines and shafts, or to feel less pain in only paying $174 or even say $348 on 2 irons at a time; which is where I would fall in.

It’s nice to see.

Actually Titleist, TaylorMade and Callaway all do.   

So it's more about a couple that don't nowdays, PING and Mizuno. 

edit: I just rereaad your post, I see you mean like buy a single 7 iron to try out from them online.   I do believe Callaway and srixon do that, as I have purchased single irons from them online.

We put a line in our conference briefing documents offering $$ if they came up to registration and let us know they saw the offer.  Never paid out.  It was a conference of about 1200 engineers... Nobody RTFMs.

An old PC tools package vendor admitted that they inserted a line in the EULA that offered $50 cash to whomever read far enough down in the licensing agreement.  Like yours, nobody ever claimed it, and only hard-core PC geeks would have bought it.  They said that they wanted to insert a line to the effect that the end user agrees to surrender their 1st born child, but their lawyers talked them out of it.  Not going to admit that I clicked to agree with the EULA.
