Organizing outings...what do you use? Easiest way to set-up?

I am looking for a site or some app that is easy to use to arrange a group to play together. I live on a private course and our tee sheets stop after 4p so our Chrono app isn't helpful in this situation. We have been setting this up via email and sorting everything out at the range/tee box but that is proving to take too much time now. I am hoping someone knows of a site or app that is out there to arrange a group sort of the way fantasy football sites manage users...

Golf Genius and Tournament Pros are both good. Golf Invite as well.

My course uses Golf Genius.  And I play with a group that uses EZ Golf League.  Both work well for our needs.

Our course started using Golf Genius this year and I was skeptical at first, but it is very easy to track scoring and it's nice seeing a live leaderboard for events. We also used it for the season for a league and you could see scores for each person for every week. It was really nice.
