Yes, it’s a dry swing with my driver on the old PRGR radar. I just looked in the app to make sure and it’s actually an average of 10 swings on October 15, the max single rep in that set was 122, but I don’t trust it.

I think we need to change that to be a video... cuz if I don't need to provide video evidence of the swing I'm just gonna slip @Chip Strokes a few Benjamin's and post that picture.

120 works as we are doing an average.

Eh sometime the longer you wait to put them in the less time you have to speed up. Plus Nov. 1 was a tight deadline. Lets go Dec 1. Plus some lucky folks still have time left in their seasons.

Ok, so just so I understand, the contest starts on Nov. 1, but to be considered, baseline numbers have to be submitted by Dec 1. I'll see if I can get on a radar or trackman or something before the date. My fitting a few weeks ago had me at 95 mph on average.

Happy to use whatever baseline you have. I am not going to be overly harsh on the rules here. All in good fun. As long as the speed was track pretty recently (you know not like a year ago when you started your first speed training) then I am all good.

Admittedly that would be a nice goal, but I'm realistic about it. My body type doesn't really allow for flexibility much and I currently don't have a speed training device, but am intrigued to see what I can do with a better workout system and whatever I might find on Black Friday or before then!

I'll throw my hat in the ring. Won't get started until around Thanksgiving time as club championship is next month. Starting a lil slower than I was earlier in the year. Baseline last night was 107.

I'll use my Mevo+ baseline I took this past weekend. 114 MPH, maxed out ball speed was about 168 MPH on range ball mode.

Fastest ball speed I've ever seen on the Mevo+ was 171.8, that's the number I'm most concerned about. But I guess my goal would be 120 MPH swing speed. 

I will re-run this baseline once I'm in my garage for the winter as sometimes the Mevo+ seems to record slightly different based on conditions.

Didn’t Freddy Couples use an L-flex 3 wood and driver for a while…that he stole them from Tom Watson no less? You’re in good company @Golfspy_TCB and @Berg Ryman (for the speed part, not the stealing thing, lol)

That is true..haha.  I was more referring to the sparring session Brooks and Phil had this week... while Joaquin and Poulter looked on quietly/slightly uncomfortably.  haha.

Everyone is going to need to stay consistent with driver (and shaft) used for the speeds after seeing some of you guys pickup 7 MPH club head speed in the Otto Phlex thread. 

I will get benchmarked this weekend and throw my hat in the ring for Team Stack.

So I'm looking at programs and there's a part of me that thinks maybe I trying Swingman Golf's fitness program, and not one of the speed systems. The one question, how committed to a fitness only program would I be personally. Although, looking at his youtube channel there's a week long fitness program... hrrm.

EDIT: Now seeing Rypstick has a indoor stick that's shorter for my basement... I think I have the play figured out, and with the Rypradar as well.
